The Galla's Pizza & Tavern story begins with a father and son who missed the authentic, slate crust pies from their hometown of Buffalo, NY. In 2000, Robert and Bob Galla opened the first storefront in East Cobb for carryout and delivery. They had a vision of providing a welcoming place for families to enjoy Buffalo style pizza, wings, and cheer on the Bills in a comfortable dine-in setting. This dream took root in Chamblee, where Galla's Pizza & Tavern continues a 25-year tradition of Italian comfort food.
Today, Galla's Pizza & Tavern remains family owned and operated. Anthony DiNardo purchased Galla's in 2024, along with a circle of local friends who shared passion for Buffalo-style pizza, the Bills, and quality food served in an engaging atmosphere. Anthony is no stranger to family-owned business. He also owns Henri's Bakery and Deli, which recently celebrated it's 95th anniversary.
