When not hanging at Galla's, Zach works in his day job in insurance sales. Zach also serves on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Georgia, which grants "wishes" to critically ill children and their families.

A resident of Brookhaven, Zach is originally from Buffalo, where he's enjoyed many Buffalo-Style pies and wings (and even more Labatt Blues.) He's also a passionate supporter of the Buffalo Bills. When close friend Anthony DiNardo started discussing buying Galla's, Zach immediately jumped at the chance to invest.  Galla's fondly refers to Zach as our "VP of Fun," a title Zach takes seriously. He has played a key role in shaping the restaurant's vision and guest experience and will be present for 99% of Bills viewing parties. Go Bills!
