Sean Essen has been in the guest services industry since 1994 and brings a vast amount of experiential knowledge to Galla's Pizza & Tavern. He began his career with Round Table Pizza in Seattle, and when he moved to Georgia he worked as a corporate trainer for Buffalo's Café. After that, he joined On the Border for 24 years, rounding out his time with them as an Area Director.
Sean enjoys welcoming guests to Galla's and takes great pleasure in seeing them savor our delicious food and return for more! Some of his personal favorites on the menu include the Chicken in the Grass Pizza and Chicken Piccata.
